We've all tried to grapple with the idea of "Page Rank" but our friends at Web Workshop have created the "Page Rank Calculator " it uses Google's published formula for figuring out Page Rank.

We've used it here and it works!  The trick is, with all things Page Rank, getting those back links, people linking back to you.
